How to Check-In on Your Kid’s Mental Health

As parents, it’s important to ensure our kids are mentally and emotionally okay. To help your kids open up about their mental health, start with some thought-provoking questions.  

From asking about their favorite thing to helping them  reflect on how they’re feeling, these  simple questions can give insight into your child’s emotional well-being.

This question opens the door for your child to express their emotions and share their experiences
