Ron Abuelo is recognized for its smooth and rich taste. You can expect flavors ranging from vanilla, caramel, and cocoa to more complex notes of spice, tobacco, and dark fruit in their aged rums.

Prep Time: 5 Min

5 egg yolks 1 can of condensed milk 1 can of evaporated milk 1 cinnamon stick 1 cup milk 1 - 1.5 cups of Ron Abuelo (or any rum of your preference) ½ tsp ground nutmeg (or to taste) 2 tsp. vanilla extract (or to taste) 1 clove (optional)

Step 1

Mix the ingredients. Beating the yolks first helps to make the drink creamier.

Mix everything. Add the beaten yolks to the saucepan with the milk mixture and stir.

Stir Stir Stir. After adding everything in continue to stir constantly!

Cover, and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.

When you are ready to serve, strain your drink before serving, and pour into a bowl or container with enough room to add in the alcohol.
